Northwood is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States.

Northwood is located at 39°47′26″N 75°30′6″W / 39.79056°N 75.50167°W / 39.79056; -75.50167 (Latitude 39.7958 Longitude -75.50278) with an elevation averaging roughly 250ft above sea level.^[1] It is located with Marsh Road, Hayman Place, Lynnfield and Webster Farm on the west, Carrcroft Crest on the south, Winterhaven on the northwest, and Green Acres on the east.
