Now! That's What I Call Music 19 or Now 19 was released in March 1991. It was released on vinyl, audio cassette and CD. The album is the 19th edition of the Now! series in the United Kingdom.

Now 19 features five songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "Should I Stay or Should I Go", "3 a.m. Eternal", "The Stonk", "Sadeness (Part I)" and "Innuendo".

Now 19 is the first Now album not to have a VHS release.
