Ntractive is a privately-held software development company based in Grand Forks, North Dakota that markets business software to small companies. Established in 2006, the company's sole product is Elements CRM, a small business management application aimed at small businesses that use Mac OS X computers and iPhones[1]. Elements is a Software as a Service web application that employs a unique site-specific browser to merge desktop and web application functionality. The product was introduced to the public at a keynote address during Apple's 2007 World Wide Developer's Conference. Following its 2.0 release, Elements CRM was named as an Apple "Staff Pick" application download in July, 2009 [2][dead link].
