The 2013 OGAE Second Chance Contest will be the 27th OGAE Second Chance Contest, organised between members of international Eurovision Song Contest fan club OGAE to select the best song not to make it to the Eurovision Song Contest through their national finals. The contest will be held on 5 October 2013 in Barcelona, Spain after Pastora Soler won the 2012 Contest for Spain, represented by OGAE Spain with "Tu vida es tu vida".[1]

Fifteen countries will compete in the contest. It also marked the return of 3 countries to the contest: Israel, Hungary (as the entry for OGAE Rest of the World) and Serbia.[2]
