The OGAE Video Contest 2009 was the eighth edition of OGAE Video Contest, organised between members of international Eurovision Song Contest fan club OGAE to select the best video released in their countries. The contest was held in Saint Petersburg, Russia after Via Gra won the 2008 Contest for Russia with "Potselui".[1]

Sixteen countries participated in the contest. Estonia, Ireland, Macedonia and Ukraine returned after their absence from the 2008 contest. Luxembourg and South Africa left the contest. The draw for the running order was conducted on 29 October where it was decided that Estonia would start the show, while Turkey would close it.[2]

The contest was won for the third time by Russia's Yin-Yang with "Karma", who received 142 points, the runner-up was France. Estonia placed last, receiving only 6 points. The full result of the Video Contest were presented on 11 February 2010.[2]
