The OVW Tag Team Championship is the tag team titles of Ohio Valley Wrestling. Created in 1997, the first champions were Nick Dinsmore and Flash Flanagan.

The current champions are The Fabulous Free Bodies (The Bodyguy and Big Jon). They defeated TerreMex (Randy Terrez and The Mexicutioner) for the championships on December 13, 2014 at an OVW TV Tapings from Louisville, Kentucky.
