DAMAC Heights, formerly named Ocean Heights 2, is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina of Dubai. It will be the second, supertall project by Damac Properties, the first being Ocean Heights which will also be located in Dubai Marina. The building will overlook the Palm Jumeirah. The tower is set to rise to 420 meters (1,378 feet) and have 85 floors for residential use.[2] When completed on 2014 Damac heights will become one of the tallest buildings in Dubai and the third tallest residential building in the world surpassed only by Pentominium and World One.

After much delayed the construction was resumed in June 2011, the foundation work of the supertall structure is in progress, while the piling has already been completed.[4][5][6]
