State Route 115 (OH 115) is a north-south state route in western Ohio. Its southern terminus is at OH 65 just north of Lima, and its northern terminus is at OH 15 near Continental.

OH 115 is an original state highway that originally went to the town of Holgate along current county roads. By 1969, the route had been truncated at its current northern terminus at OH 15.
