The Okinawa Kyokuryu-kai (沖縄旭琉会 Okinawa Kyokuryū-kai) is a Japanese yakuza gang based in Okinawa. It was formed in September 1990 when it split from Okinawa's main yakuza group, the Third Kyokuryu-kai.
The Okinawa Kyokuryu-kai's current leader is Kiyoshi Tominaga. The gang has been a designated boryokudan group since June 1992.
