Omemo is an open source social storage platform, in which users anonymously share files on a part of their hard disks. It has been developed by Pablo Soto, who is also creator of Blubster.
Omemo uses a ring-shaped DHT based on Chord. It is meant to support key-based routing while keeping query source obscurity due to randomization.
It is free software licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
