Omnex Inc. is an international organization that provides quality consulting, training and software services. Its consulting and training offerings cover Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2009, OHSAS, ISO 14000, ISO13485, Quality of service (QOS) and other quality standards.
The term "Omnex" is intended to describe an 'omni-faceted' or 'omni-tasking' organization.[citation needed]

Omnex was founded in 1984 by Chad Kymal. Kymal later founded Omnex Systems and AQSR, which is now an independent corporation, operating out of the scope of Omnex consulting. One of the early tasks Omnex staff undertook was co-writing Ford Motor Company's QOS technique, which monitors management system success, quality, and customer satisfaction. That was followed by a roll-out of QOS worldwide and co-writing QS9000, the automotive standard.
Omnex Systems, the software arm of Omnex, offers the following products: AQuA Pro, Audit Pro, BOSS, Document Pro, HR Pro, MSA Pro, Process Pro, and TPM Pro. These products are contained within the all encompassing product named Enterprise-wide Quality Management System software.[citation needed]

The corporate headquarters are in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but Omnex has offices in Canada, China, Germany, India, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand.
