OpenAccounting is an open source accounting system written in PHP. Forked from WebERP, OpenAccounting was further developed by now defunct, KylieTech. In 2004, OpenAccounting was superseded by OpenAccountingJ (or OAJ), a rewrite in Java. Both products have since been discontinued.
