Organisation and Technology Research (or OTR plc) is a European Information Technology research company, founded in 1985. The group has offices in Brussels (Belgium), London (United Kingdom) and The Hague (The Netherlands). The company supports large companies (such as Marks and Spencer) in keeping up to date with IT issues and changes in the context of their business. OTR also organizes regular briefing sessions and associated reports for their customers. The company operates internationally, mainly in Europe, but also in Asia.
Among its more prominent activities, the company has assisted and advised the European Commission in its legal battle with Microsoft.
