Othman Fuad Efendi (24 February/26 September 1895 - 19/22 May 1973) was the 39th head of the Ottoman dynasty from 1954 to 1973. If reigning, he would have been Sultan Osman (Othman) IV.

He was born at either Çırağan Palace or Ortaköy Palace, Ortaköy, both in Istanbul. He was the son of Prince Mehmed Selaheddin and his Armenian fifth wife Jalefer Hanım, and paternal grandson of Murad V by his first wife.
He died in Nice and was buried at Bobigny Cemetery, in Paris.

He married his cousin Kerime Halim Hanım on 26 March 1920 at Fariya Palace, Beşiktaş, Istanbul. She was the daughter of Prince Muhammed Abbas Halim Pasha and Hadice Hanım and maternal granddaughter of Muhammed Tewfik Pasha and Princess Emine Ibrahim. They had no children and divorced in 1932.
