Ostrom (formerly, Reed and Reeds Station)[2] is an unincorporated community in Yuba County, California. It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 3 miles (4.8 km) southeast of Olivehurst,[2] at an elevation of 69 feet (21 m).
A post office operated at Reeds Station in 1871.[2] The prior names were in honor of Henry Reed who settled here in 1850.[2]
