Ostrowy [ɔsˈtrɔvɨ] (German: Alt Werder) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wielbark, within Szczytno County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Wielbark, 23 km (14 mi) south of Szczytno, and 61 km (38 mi) south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
