Ounsi El-Hage (Arabic: أنسي الحاج‎) is a Lebanese poet born in 1937. After starting his writing career in the mid 1950s, he had published several poetry works and books between 1960 and 1994. He was also an editor-in-chef for various Arab magazines. In 1964, he founded the poetry magazine Al-Mulhaq. He also translated several plays from English to Arab including Shakespeare.
