PCM Uitgevers (English: PCM Publishers) was a Dutch publishing company. Until 2007 Apax Partners held a controlling stake in the company. In December 2009, it merged with De Persgroep to become De Persgroep Nederland[1]
The company's divisions included PCM Dagbladen, which prints the NRC Handelsblad, Trouw and Volkskrant newspapers and a book division owning the literary publishing house J.M. Meulenhoff. In 1999 they acquired publisher Het Spectrum.
The company also participated in a joint venture with Wegener, AD NieuwsMedia, which is the publisher of the daily newspaper Algemeen Dagblad.
