Kawahara fought under the name Tachihikari.

Fujita defeated Nijman via submission (scarf hold) at 2:48 of round 1.
Sakuraba defeated Mezger via TKO (retirement) at 15:00 of round 1. Mezger forfeited the fight by leaving the ring after the bout was declared a draw and sent to an overtime round.
Coleman defeated Satake via submission (neck crank) at 1:14 of round 1.
Vovchanchyn defeated Otsuka via unanimous decision.
Kerr defeated Inoue via unanimous decision.
