Pablo Sicilia Roig (born 10 September 1981 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands) is a Spanish footballer who plays for CD Tenerife in the Spanish second division, usually as a central defender.

After starting professionally with local UD Vecindario, Sicilia joined Atlético de Madrid in 2004–05, but was mainly registered with the club's B side. On 19 February 2006, he made his sole appearance with the first team, playing one minute in a 3–0 win at neighbours Getafe CF.
In the 2006–07 season, Sicilia moved to CD Tenerife in the second division, being an early automatic first-choice for the Canary Islands outfit. In his third year, he contributed with 36 games (2,844 minutes) as the team returned to La Liga after a seven-year absence.
