Pacific Island Air provides resort transfers, day trips, and scenic flights from Nadi International Airport to any island resort in Fiji. They also provide medical evacuation flights to all the inhabited islands in Fiji. In addition, they provide air service for tourists, business personnel, government agencies, and local inhabitants.

Pacific Island Air uses amphibious aircraft in its daily operations. It operates:
- de Havilland Canada DHC-3 Otter - 10 passenger aircraft
- de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver - 7 passenger aircraft
