PacPizza LLC is a franchisee for Pizza Hut; it operates primarily in California, Oregon and Nevada, and is based in San Ramon, California. On 1997-08-07, Pepsico announced that it was selling 148 restaurants in California, Oregon and Nevada to the company. At the time, the deal made PacPizza the company's second-largest franchisee, after NPC International of Pittsburg, Kansas.[1]
