Padmanava College of Engineering(Hindi: पद्मनावा अभियान्त्रिकी महाविद्यालय , रौरकेला)is also known as PCE was formed in the year 1999 under Padmanava Educational Trust on the auspicious Birthday of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehuru. It was the first engineering college under BPUT to be set up in Rourkela and the first in Western Orissa, India.[1]
