Padosan Remake is a Bollywood film starring Sanjay Dutt, Katrina Kaif and Ritesh Deshmukh. The film is a remake of 1968 laugh-riot Padosan. It is produced by Shemaroo Films and is directed by Neeraj Vora.[1] The project is on hold.[1]

Kareena Kapoor and Govinda were the original choices for this film but they were replaced with Katrina Kaif and Paresh Rawal respectively after they had rejected the offer.[2]
