Panglima Sugala (formerly known as Balimbing[3]) is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Tawi-Tawi, Philippines. It is the capital municipality of Tawi-Tawi. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 38,704 people in 8,417 households.
