Panon is a Japanese camera company that specializes in Swing lens panoramic cameras. The company introduced their first camera in 1948, a medium format camera.

Panon is the maker of the Widelux line of cameras.
Panon introduced the Widelux camera in 1958. The camera used standard 35mm film, but produced a 25x60mm image, allowing 22 images on a standarm 36 exposure roll of film.
Panon makes the 1500, using medium format film, the cammera produces 50x122mm images on standard 120 film.
