Paola Pigni-Cacchi (30 December 1945) is a former athlete from Italy, who mainly competed in the 1.500 metres. She competed for her native country at the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany, where she won the bronze medal in the women's 1.500 metres.[1]
