Park Street in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia is a major cross street in the centre of the Central Business District. It runs from George St in the west to College St in the east, where it becomes William St. The street bisects Hyde Park. Park Street is famous for being the headquarters of the largest media company in Australia, Publishing and Broadcasting Limited.[citation needed]
An electric tramway formerly ran down Park St between Elizabeth and College Sts. It was removed in 1960.
