The Party of Civic Rights (Czech: Strana Práv Občanů, SPO, former Party of Civic Rights – Zemanovci) is a social-democratic political party in the Czech Republic founded in October 2009 by Miloš Zeman, former Prime Minister and the former leader of the Czech Social Democratic Party.[1] Zeman was elected President of the Czech Republic in January 2013.
