The Party of Civic Rights (Czech: Strana Práv Občanů, SPO, former Party of Civic Rights – Zemanovci) is a social-democratic political party in the Czech Republic founded in October 2009 by Miloš Zeman, former Prime Minister and the former leader of the Czech Social Democratic Party. Zeman was elected President of the Czech Republic in January 2013.
