Patricia J. Boyle
Boyle was born in Detroit. She received both her undergraduate and her law degree from Wayne State University. In 1964 she became an assistant United States district attorney. She held this position until 1968. She was appointed a judge of the Detroit Recorders' Court in 1976 and served in that position until becoming a member of the Michigan Supreme Court.
