Paul McIlveen (born March 24, 1986) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.

On February 28, 2011, the Utah Grizzlies acquired McIlveen from the Cincinnati Cyclones in fulfilment of an earlier trade that sent Dylan Hunter to Cincinnati.[1]

On September 16, 2014, McIlveen returned to the ECHL in signing for a second tenure with the Elmira Jackals.[2]
