"Peace of Mind" is a song by Boston from their debut 1976 self-titled album. It was released the next year as the third and final single from the album. As a single, the song peaked at #38 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1977. The song is largely a commentary on the growing materialism of the Baby Boomer generation as they entered the workforce, and the band's rejection of this materialism.^{[citation needed]}

Appearances

• "Peace of Mind" is a downloadable track in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 releases of the video game Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, as well as the video game Rock Band, both as master tracks. However, many of the guitar and vocal harmonies heard throughout the song have been removed from both games for some unknown reasons.
