The Pemba scops owl, petit-duc de Pemba, or autillo de Pemba (Otus pembaensis) is a species of owl in the Strigidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and plantations . It is threatened by habitat loss.
