Peredur Wyn ap Gwynedd (born 1970) (41 age) is a Welsh guitarist. He was born and raised in South Wales and currently resides in London. His brother, Rheinallt ap Gwynedd, was the bassist for the band Apollo 440 and his sister, Llinor ap Gwynedd, is an actress.
Ap Gwynedd was a judge on Welsh talent show "Waw Ffactor"[1] having been the guitarist with acts such as Natalie Imbruglia, Norman Cook, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Mylène Farmer. In 2006 he joined Pendulum, with whom he had recently worked with on their song 'Girl In The Fire'.
Ap Gwynedd performed on songs from Pendulum's In Silico and Immersion albums.
Whilst performing with Pendulum, ap Gwynnedd mainly uses Peavey guitars, primarily the HP Signature Series model. He has said in an interview that he uses Native Instruments Guitar Rig, software effects processor, to assist in emulating synthetic sounds when performing live shows.
