Philip Dowling (born Phillip Mitchell Dowling, 8 April 1988 in Camden, London) is an English actor. His most notable roles are Alfie Wallace in Two Thousand Acres of Sky and Leo Taylor in EastEnders. He played four different roles in the ITV1 police drama series The Bill from 1999 to 2006. Philip second cousins are Daisy Turner, Lily Harvey and Lacey Turner who are actresses. Lily and Lacey have been in EastEnders and Daisy has been in Hollyoaks.
