Phillip Andrew

Phillip Andrew (born 3 October 1978 in Huntsville, Texas) is an American actor best known for his portrayal of Merrick Baliton on the Power Rangers Wild Force series. His most recent appearance was for one episode as a mugger on the sitcom What I Like About You in 2006.
