The Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Badge is a military badge of the United States Coast Guard authorized for wear by commissioned officers of the Coast Guard and the Public Health Service attached to the Coast Guard serving as medical officers. The decoration is similar to the Air Force Medical Badge.
The badge is worn above awards and decorations on the left breast of a military uniform. It is authorized for permanent wear for the duration of a service member’s military career.
