Pichanga is a dish consisting of mixture of pickle food consisting in small pieces ham, different types of cheese, olives and salami. All bathed in vinegar, canola oil and several spices.
Pichanga Caliente, or Chorrillana is a common table from where people pick small beef pieces or other food similar to a picadillo. It has a mix of different ingredients, these are often deli meat, ham, chicken meat, cheese, egg and sausage.
