The Pink Ladies are a breast cancer support group located in Guernsey in the Channel Islands. A registered charity, they offer emotional, practical and financial support for women in Guernsey with breast cancer.

The Pink Ladies run a website containing a newsletter and archive, useful links and important information for those affected by breast cancer. They also operate a 24 hour help line and maintain a library of information and a bank of wigs and wig-care packs for those undergoing chemotherapy.
The library and wig-bank are located in Bulstrode House at Princess Elizabeth Hospital in St Martin's.
