Coordinates: 21°05′29″S 48°39′28″W / 21.09139°S 48.65778°W Pirangi is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population in 2004 was estimated at 10,126 and the area is 216.48 km². The elevation is 538 m above sea level. This municipality's name comes from the native Tupi language.
