The Pirate Party of Uruguay (Spanish: Partido Pirata en Uruguay) is a political party in Uruguay. Based on the model of the Swedish Pirate Party, it supports copyright reform, net neutrality and greater respect for privacy.[1] It is not a member of Pirate Parties International.[2]

The Pirate Party is about to start collecting signatures in order to get officially established as a party entitled to participate in elections at national level.[3]
