It is planned to be 121 km long, with an estimated total cost of 1.66 billion euro, and reportedly shall be completed until 2016.[1]

Its construction was tendered as a concession contract in March 2013,[2] that shall be awarded until December 2013.[1][dated info] It shall also be decided whether it will be built as a motorway or an expressway.[3]
