Pixuetu is a variety of asturian language, spoken almost exclusively in Cudillero, Asturias (Spain). Every June 28 a long poem written in pixuetu (L'Amuravela), explaining the events of the previous year, is read to the St Peter´s figure during the village's main festivities.
