Pleasant Valley Township is a township in Scott County, Iowa, United States. As of the 2000 census, its population was 33,144.

Pleasant Valley Township covers an area of 28.15 square miles (72.9 km2) and is located on the shore of the Mississippi River between the cities of Davenport and Le Claire. It contains the cities of Bettendorf, Panorama Park and Riverdale. According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Fenno and Pleasant Valley.
