S.S.D. Atessa Val di Sangro (formerly known as Polisportiva Val di Sangro) is an Italian association football club from Atessa, Abruzzo, founded in 2003.

In the 2005–06 season, the club finished first in Serie D, Girone F. Notably, Val di Sangro was the first Serie D team, that season, to gain promotion, mathematically clinching its division five matches before the end of the season.

Since 2006–07, Val di Sangro has been playing in Serie C2 and played at that level (renamed to Lega Pro Seconda Divisione in 2008) until 2009, when the club was relegated to Serie D. The following season Val di Sangro merged with crosstown rivals Atessa and took the current denomination.

The club currently plays in Serie D.
