Pontiac is a regional county municipality in the Outaouais region of Quebec, Canada. It should not be confused with the municipality of Pontiac, which is located inside the regional county municipality of Les Collines-de-l'Outaouais.

Population: 14,586 in 2006, up 0.1 % from 2001.

Language: English is the language most often spoken at home by 64.8% of the MRC Pontiac population, and French is the language most often spoken at home by 34.4%.

41.6% of the population knows only English, 6.6% knows only French, and 51.8% is bilingual.

The Pontiac MRC comprises 18 communities. Campbell's Bay is the county seat.

The Pontiac MRC also includes Lac-Nilgaut, a large unorganized territory to the north of the 18 municipalities.
