Wikinews[edit]

You may want to change the wikinews link to wikinews:special:search/Computer security or wikinews:category:computing or something. Bawolff 08:46, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Irrelevance[edit]

I believe that the article on Steve Jobs is completely irrelevant on this section. I could mention at least 5 persons in one second more relevant in the area of security before Steve Jobs. Is not that I think that he is number six.

The late Mr. Jobs was more about design elegance and operability than security. He didn't invest much in Mac security and it was only the relative obscurity of the Mac platform as a niche computer that saved it from the mainstream hacking community. More bang for the effort elsewhere. Marina altee (talk) 19:14, 26 July 2012 (UTC)

Icon[edit]

I saw in the Things you can do box that this portal wants an icon. I've made something rather simple, you can use it or hold some sort of mini-competition.

Ummm, I guess someone was playing around and deleted the page's entire content with a dumb comment. All in favor of restoring to normal? Dmaxel94 (talk) 07:31, 5 August 2010 (UTC)

It's clearly vandalism, so no need to ask (I already reverted it). --DanielPharos (talk) 11:58, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
