Headline text[edit]

This white text on light blue background offers low contrast. I find it hard to read. It is dificult too. according to this page, the colours have a contrast of 1.5 (Not Compliant according to Web_Content_Accessibility_Guidelines) --Boy.pockets (talk) 13:14, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

There were no global consensus in the above-mentionned discussion. However, there were no opposition to a move of this portal so I inverted the redirection today. Coreyemotela (talk) 08:43, 22 May 2014 (UTC).

Rational Tools?[edit]
