  • curprev 20:2220:22, 27 January 2020163.118.97.65 talk 10,271 bytes +1 In aviation, "turbosupercharger" refers to a turbocharger, not a combination exhaust-driven turbocharger and mechanically-driven supercharger, which would be pointless in an aviation context as a piston aircraft engine in flight is never idling, and therefore is always producing enough exhaust pressure to spin a turbine. The turbo versions of this engine just used normal exhaust-driven turbochargers. The link was changed to reflect this. undo
