PGi (Premiere Global Services, Inc.) (NYSE:PGI) is a multinational company and global provider of communication technologies. It was founded by Chairman and CEO, Boland T. Jones in 1991, and has approximately 2,700 employees in 24 countries including major offices in Ireland, London, Tokyo, Sydney, Hong Kong, Paris, Frankfurt, New York, Chicago and Austin. PGi was formed as a merger between Premiere Technologies and Xpedite Systems in February 1998.[1] . The corporate headquarters is located in Atlanta, Georgia USA.

PGiMeet allows real-time collaborative meetings using conference calls and web-enabled presentations.
